To ensure our standards remain at the highest level, ECMK Ltd constantly audit our EPC’s to ensure they meet the standards set down by the European Union under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.
We will provide you with a first class service and fast turnaround for your EPC requirements, if you are a Vendor, Landlord or Estate Agent.
When you order an EPC online or by phone, we will contact you within twelve hours to confirm your preferred appointment time. If no-one is available to answer please leave a message, we will return your call at no cost to you. We are available, within reason to service your requirements even over holiday periods.
